First All Pakistan Masters Tournament of Year 2009 was held at Faisalabad from 9th – 13th February which was organized by Faisalabad District Table Tennis Association.

According to ITTF, Pakistan is currently at 92nd position in world team ranking with Asim Qureshi having 5639 points.
